Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) will release admit cards for Assistant recruitment preliminary exam on Saturday, July 20. Applicants will be able to download it from official website epfindia.gov.in with registration number / roll number, password / date of birth. The organization will also send intimation about call letter availability via email and SMS.
Date of admit card issuance is given in notification F. No. Exam.4(1)2019/Assistant. The first of two stages of recruitment exams, prelims, will be held on July 30 and 31. Last date to download admit card will be July 30. Call letter, and an original photo identity proof have to be shown to get entry to exam hall.
ID proof should have same name as in call letter. It can be PAN card, passport, permanent driving licence, voter’s id card, bank passbook with photograph, photo identity proof issued by a gazzetted officer on official letterhead along with photograph , photo identity proof issued by a people’s representative on official letterhead along with photograph , valid recent identity card issued by a recognized college, university, aadhar card, e-aadhar card with a photograph, employee id, bar council identity card with photograph.
The exam will be held in online mode comprising of 30, 35, 35 questions of 30, 35, 35 marks respectively in sections English Language, Reasoning Ability, Numerical Aptitude. Time limit for each section will be 20 minutes. This is a qualifying exam and its marks are not counted for final merit.
EPFO Assistant recruitment 2019 is for overall 280 vacancies. Vacancies are 113 for UR, 28 for EWS, 42 for SC, 21 for ST, 76 for OBC. The position is eligible for level 7 of pay scale of 7th CPC, that is Rs 44,900. The organization had invited applications from graduates between 20-27 years old, from May 30 to June 25. After the prelims, 2800 candidates will be called for phase 2 mains on basis of result of prelims.
