School of Open Learning (SOL), Delhi University has released the registration form of DU SOL OBE 2022. Candidates going to participate in the entrance exam have to initially register for the examination. As per the official website, the examination is going to commence on March 21, 2022. Candidates going to appear in the examination can find the application form on solobe.uod.ac.in.

There is a lot of confusion regarding the official site for OBE registration. Candidates must note that the official site is solobe.uod.ac.in only. The website, solobe.du.ac.in – is not the official site.

How to Register for DU SOL OBE 2022?

The registration form for Delhi University Open School OBE exam is available on the official website. Candidates going to participate in the exam can do the same by going through the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of DU SOL OBE, solobe.uod.ac.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the New Registration form and fill it with details like name, enrolment number (optional), programme name, date of birth, examination roll number, registered E-mail or mobile phone number.

Step 3: After this, candidates can check their email id and password thus received. Next, candidates can use the same to login and get the mock test papers.

How to download the question paper?

On the day of the exam, candidates have to simply download the DU SOL OBE question paper by logging in with the credentials. Next, on the dashboard candidates will be able to locate all the opted courses. In the adjacent cell of the course, the question paper link will be provided. Candidates can click on the link and/or right-click and select “save link as”, to download the question paper. It must be noted that candidates shall be allowed 4 hours to write the answers in the answer sheet provided to them.

How to submit the answers?

The candidates shall be provided the time of 4 hours to write the question papers. The students will write the answers to the questions on A-4 size white papers (ruled or plain). The answers are to be written using a black or blue pen only. Students are required to write the name, program name, semester, examination roll number, unique paper code, paper title, date, and time of examination on the first sheet used for answers. After completing the test, students have to submit the answer sheet in the form of JPEG or PDF file.

For this, students can use any document scanner app and click the images of their answer sheet. Once done, they can compile these images and convert them into PDF by using the feature available in the app.

The prescribed size limit for uploading the answer sheet is 7 MB. Candidates can use several online tools to resize the images before converting to PDF. Apps like DocScanner have in-built features to reduce the size of the images.

Once ready, students have to log in to the OBE portal and click on the “Submit Answer” link present in the adjacent cell of the question paper link. Thereafter, the right answer sheet PDF should be uploaded. Students can also use the preview option to cross-check if they have uploaded the correct PDF before hitting submit and finally submitting the answer.
