DRDO Admit Card 2019 Download Starts Today As Per Email Received By Candidates, No Link Yet

Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is conducting recruitment for admin and allied cadre as per CEPTAM 09 A&A notification. Computer based tests for the same are scheduled from November 17, 2019, to November 23, 2019. The organization has sent emails to all applicants conveying that they can download DRDO admit card for the said exam from today, November 4, 2019.

Multiple candidates have received emails from the email ID [email protected]. The email has five points. All in all all they convey exam dates, exam city assigned to the candidate, admit card download date and time.

The text contents are, “Dear _application number_ / _applicantname_
1. Please refer your application under CEPTAM-09/A&A Advt for recruitment in DRDO.
2. Exam for CEPTAM-09/A&A Advt has been scheduled from 17th Nov – 23rd Nov in two shifts.
3. Your exam city is __. Further details will be available in admit card.
4. You are required to download your admit card by visiting CEPTAM NOTICE BOARD on our website http://www.drdo.gov.in after 4th Nov 2019, 05:00 PM.
4. Do not reply to this email. In case of any difficulty you may contact to CEPTAM help desk.
With best wishes”

As per reports, DRDO had released list of rejected candidates last month, containing a total of 1,592 rejected applications. It was further reported that said candidates have been given time until November 6, 2019 to challenge their rejections. So initially expectations were that DRDO will release admit cards after November 6, 2019.

As per the email shared by candidates, admit card download can start anytime after 5 pm. As a result all candidates who saw their emails have been trying to check for the admit card download link at the official website of DRDO since the provided time.

At the time of publishing this news, there are two key points to report. One is that although the main website drdo.gov.in as well as the CEPTAM notice board page that is drdo.gov.in/ceptam-notice-board are loading slowly, but they are working on most connections. The second point is that there isn’t any separate admit card download link at the website yet. Though the link to print and download application form for the recruitment has an active login.

Given the situation, candidates can try to login through the same and check whether their admit cards are available there or not. To access the link, one has to go to drdo.gov.in/ceptam-notice-board and click the link on the text “Click here to Print/Download application form for Admin & Allied cadre under CEPTAM-09/A&A Advertisement” (sic).

In order to login, one has to enter user id or email id, and password. Forgot password link is also available there, through which candidates can recover or reset the passwords. To do so, they have to enter user id or email id in the form that opens upon clicking the said link.

However it may be noted traditionally DRDO admit card login requires application number and date of birth. Nevertheless changes do happen, and the login can change as per the prerogatives of the department.

Besides the email, CEPTAM notice board, there is no official update yet on the availability of admit card. Though there are high chances that if the organization has sent the email, then they will go through with the promised date and provide an update about admit card download anytime now on the website as well.

DRDO CEPTAM 09 A&A recruitment is for a total of 224 vacancies. Centre For Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) is set to conduct the tier I exam against these vacancies in 43 cities.
