District Coordinator of Hospital Services, Vizianagaram is inviting offline applications from eligible candidates for recruitment into 103 advertised posts of Staff Nurse & Pharmacist Gr-II. The last date of receipt of offline applications by post is July 14, 2020. Shortlisted candidates will be able to retrieve the provisional merit list tentatively on July 28, 2020, while the Counselling sessions for candidates selected for appointment into the aforementioned posts are scheduled to commence on August 05 and continue till August 07, 2020.
Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad is has released an official notice of employment for candidates qualified for recruitment into 98 Staff Nurse vacancies and 05 Pharmacist Grade-II vacancies in different Health Medical & Family Welfare Department institutions. The maximum permissible age of applicants is 42 years as on 01.06.2020 while all candidates must be at least 18 years old. However, relaxations on the upper age limit are applicable as per government norms in vogue for applicants belonging to specified reserved categories. In order to apply for the post of Staff Nurse, candidates must have Inter/B.Sc. Nursing/General Nursing & Midwifery qualification from a government recognized institute along with registration of Nursing Council as per the APMC Act. On the other hand, candidates having a D. Pharm, B. Pharm, or M. Pharm qualification and registered with the Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council are eligible to apply for the posts of Pharmacist Gr-II. The recruitment is however only open for local candidates.
The selection and appointment of eligible and merit listed candidates is on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year. The tenure is likely to be extended as per the detailed advertisement. Eligible candidates who are shortlisted and appointed at the aforementioned posts are entitled to receive fixed monthly remuneration of Rs 34000 for Staff Nurse posts and Rs 28000 for Pharmacist Grade-II posts.
Those who are willing to apply for recruitment into the advertised openings are advised to read the official notice and ensure that they comply with all minimum eligibility conditions before applying. The application form, appended with the official notice must be filled up and sent with the enclosures of attested copies of SSC and Intermediate mark sheet and certificate, Staff Nurse & Pharmacist qualification mark sheets, provisional certificates and AP Council Registration Certificates, caste certificate and study certificates from IV to X.
Shortlisted candidates are to be appointed at the advertised posts on a contractual basis following the counseling sessions. However, the recruitment being contractual in nature, candidates are not guaranteed of absorption into any permanent job role after the completion of the contract period.
