Ministry of Education, India has released the official notification of DASA (Direct Admission of Student’s Abroad) 2022. This notification has been released to provide admission to foreign nationals in top Indian colleges. As per updates, this year’s DASA 2022 exam shall be conducted by NIT Warangal. Candidates who wish to take up admission in any of the premium colleges of India are advised to keep a tab on the website, dasanit.org. JEE Main session 2 2022 exam is going to be held from July 21 to 30, 2022.
The candidates who join the colleges via the DASA exam get the opportunity to study with top colleges in India and get coached by top faculties. They also get the benefit of interning with top companies. Also, students who get admission through DASA are more likely to get a concession in the admission fee if they belong to any SAARC country.
DASA 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: There is no age limit for the PG course offered by the institutes however the minimum age limit for UG courses is 15 years or above.
Educational Qualification: For the UG course, the candidate has to qualify for class 10+2 from a recognised board of India. However, for getting admission in a PG course, they need to have completed a four-year degree course in any stream.
Desirable Qualification: The candidate should have cleared JEE Main examination with a valid scorecard. Also, those who are seeking admission in PG courses need to have a valid score card of GMAT/GRE scores.
DASA 2022 Selection Process
The selection of the candidates is going to be made on the basis of a valid scorecard by JEE Main or GMAT/GRE exam. The agency is going to conduct the JEE Main examination for a total of 25 countries around the world. The final seat allotment and counselling shall be done on the basis of ranks scored in JEE Main or GMAT/GRE exam.
