Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2018 exam is scheduled for May 13, 2018, and its admit card was supposed to be released today on April 20, 2018. But the concerned authorities have stated in the notification section that due to some technical issues, its Admit Card has been delayed for 5 days.
So, now the CLAT 2018 Admit Card will be available from April 26, 2018. The candidates will get their admit card by online mode only.
CLAT 2018 Admit card can be downloaded from the official website. The steps for downloading the admit card is very simple. For downloading the admit card, first of all, visit the official website of CLAT i.e http://www.clat.ac.in. Then click on the Admit card link. On the CLAT login page, enter the registered email id and the password and click on login button. Finally, download and take a print out of the Admit card.
The Admit Card is required during the examination. It is one of the important items to be carried on the exam day. If failed to do so then he/she will lose the chance to write the exam. Along with you need to carry 2 Copies of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2018 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket, 2 Recent Passport Size Photographs and Proof of Identity (Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License, etc).
The information on the admit card will relate to the Student personal details and examination details such as Roll number, student’s name, Father’s name, Mother’s name, date of birth, application number, Address of the center, Date and time of the exam, etc. Students should also read the instruction provided in the admit card regarding the exam.

CLAT 2018 exam is Computer Based Test (CBT) of Multiple choice questions for 200 marks for the Undergraduate course and 150 marks for the Postgraduate course. 1 marks will be awarded for the correct answer and 0.25 will be deducted for the negative answer.
The question for Undergraduate will be based on English including comprehension, General knowledge and Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability), Legal Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning. The postgraduate syllabus for the CLAT 2018 are Constitutional law, Jurisprudence, other law subjects such as contract, torts, criminal law, international law, IPR
Students will be given 2 hours to complete their test. No grace period will be awarded. So practice for the exam, solve the CLAT mock test which will improve the time management, help to improve the silly mistake and help in analyzing the pattern of the question and make an improvement.
CLAT is for the admission to the 19 National Law University. It is organized by the National University of Advanced Legal Studies(NUALS), Kochi, Kerala, India. The entrance test is conducted to provide a list of candidates on the merit-based admission in Under-Graduate (UG)/Post-Graduate (PG) programmes, as per the eligibility, reservation and other criteria mentioned by the participating Universities.
