The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur has released the admit cards for the PPT and Pre MCA examinations 2021. Candidates who have registered for the said examinations can now download the admit cards from cgvyapam.cgstate.gov.in using their registration IDs. Both the examinations are going to be conducted on September 15, 2021. PPT will be held in the first shift from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM while the MCA entrance examination is scheduled in the second shift from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.

To download the admit cards, take a look at the steps given below:

Step 1- Go to vyapam.cgstate.gov.in and click on the ‘Admit Card’ option under the notice board

Step 2- A new page will open where one has to click on the link that reads ‘Admit card of PPT and Pre. MCA Entrance Exam-2021’

Step 3- This will open a new window in which the candidate has to enter login details like registration number, date of birth and the displayed code

Step 4- The date of birth has to be entered in a DDMMYYYY format. After that, hit the ‘Login’ button

Step 5- The admit cards will be displayed and the candidates can take a printout of the same

As per an official notification available on the official website, candidates have to reach the examination centre one and half hours prior to the examination timings. This will provide enough time to carry out the identity verification process before allowing the students into the examination centre.

Please note that the admit cards will not be sent to the candidates via post office. In case the photo does not appear on the downloaded admit cards, then the candidate has to carry two-colored passport-sized photographs on the examination day. No candidate will be allowed entry into the examination centre right after the commencement of the exam. The notice also advises the candidates to familiarize themselves with the examination centre a day before the exam.

They must also carry an original photo ID proof such as voter ID, driving license, PAN card, aadhar card, passport, etc. In absence of the original ID proof, a candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination centre. Moreover, it is compulsory for the candidates to wear masks and face covers. They can also keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer with them. Candidates have to follow the COVID-19 protocols in and outside the examination hall. In case a candidate fails to abide by these instructions, then they will be debarred from taking the examination.
