Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare class 10th and 12th result 2020 by July 15. CBSE is one of the most important national level education board in which approximately 20,299 schools in India and 220 schools in 28 foreign countries are affiliated to it. In the past few years, the CBSE exam results 2020 are released in both online and offline mode. It can be expected the same for this year as well. The 5 ways by which a student can check their results are explained here.
#Official websites: The students can check their results from the official websites such as results.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.nic.in. To check the result from the official website, the students have to visit the official website then on the homepage of the website click on the relevant link of your class. Next, the students will have to login by entering details like their admit card id, roll number, date of birth, school number and exam centre number. Submit the login details after which the result will be available on the screen.

#Through SMS / IVRS: Another easy way to check the result is by SMS / IVRS. To get the result on the mobile phone, the students shall have to send the following text message:
For 10th class: cbse10 <roll no> <school no> <centre no> and send it to 7738299899.
For 12th class: cbse12 <roll no> <school no> <centre no> and send the message at 7738299899.
IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System): Through IVRS, the students can call to NIC at these numbers and access of their results – 24300699 (for subscribers from Delhi) and 011 – 24300699 (for subscribers in another part of the country)
#Mobile Apps: CBSE 10th 12th result 2020 can also be checked from the various mobile apps like Umang app and Android mobile app – Digiresults. To check the result via Umang app, first, download the app via play store and then, click on the relevant link of 10 / 12th class 2020 result. Then, enter the details like admit card id, roll number, date of birth etc to get the result.
#DigiLocker: To check CBSE results for 10th / 12th class via DigiLocker, the students have to first visit digilocker.gov.in. After accessing the website, the students have to signup. Then, log in with the credentials sent by CBSE at the registered contact number and access the results. However, other than the result, students can also download their documents like Marksheets, Migration Certificate & Pass Certificate, etc under ‘Parinam Manjusha’ in DigiLocker app.

Approximately 30 lakh students appeared for CBSE 10th and 12th class examination 2020. The examination for both class 10th and 12th were earlier put on hold but was then later announced that the exams will be held from July 1 -15. However, looking at the present COVID-19 situation, MHRD and CBSE decided to cancel the remaining papers for class 10th and 12th.
For class 10th, the board will not conduct any exam in the future, however, for class 12th students, the board will give them an option to appear for the pending exams only if the conditions to conduct the examination are practical as assessed by the Central Government.
