Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kaneshwarangar, Darbhanga is going to conduct the Bihar B.Ed Common Entrance Test (CET) 2021 on May 30, 2021. The registration process for the same began on April 11, 2021, and the last date to register for the exam is May 07, 2021. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the exam on the official website i.e., bihar-cetbed-lnmu.in. Candidates who qualify for the entrance exam can seek admission for a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course in prestigious colleges across the state of Bihar.
B.Ed CET 2021 registration process began on Sunday, April 11, 2021, and the last date to register for the exam without a late fee is May 07, 2021. Candidates are also permitted to submit their completed online application form from May 08 to 10, 2021. However, they must have to pay a certain amount as late fee charges along with the application fee.
Candidates shall also be given a separate correction facility to edit their application form. This facility shall be made accessible on May 11 and 12, 2021. Candidates can complete all these formalities on the official website bihar-cetbed-lnmu.in.
On the official website, candidates have to click on the “Apply for entrance” exam link. Thereafter, they must click on the “registration for new user account” option. Candidates have to fill in the required registration details before clicking on the “submit” option.
Successfully registered candidates have to login to the official website to access the Bihar B.Ed CET 2021 application form. They have to fill the application form with the required details, upload the educational and degree certificates and pay the application fee.
The entrance exam application fee is decided based on the category to which they belong. General category candidates have to pay Rs.1000 as application fee. EBS, BC, EWS and divyang candidates have to pay Rs.750 whereas Rs.500 must be paid by candidates belonging to SC and ST category candidates. Women candidates must pay Rs. 750 irrespective of their category.
Authorities have also specified the eligibility criteria to apply for the Bihar B.Ed CET 2021 examination. Candidates scoring a minimum of 50 per cent marks either in their bachelor’s degree or master’s degree examination are eligible to apply. However, these degrees must be in the fields of Social Science, Humanities, Science, Commerce, etc.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology accompanied with specialisation in either Mathematics or Science are also eligible. However, candidates must acquire 55 per cent marks in the above courses. Candidates having an equivalent degree or qualification are also eligible for the admission test.
