Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwaranagar, Darbhanga is scheduled to end the correction window today, June 10, 2021, for the Bihar B.Ed Common Entrance Test (CET) 2021. Subsequently, authorities shall be issuing the entrance test admit cards from July 01, 2021. Candidates who have successfully registered for the examination can download their admit cards from the official website bihar-cetbed.lnmu.in. Bihar B.Ed CET 2021 examination is scheduled to be conducted on July 11, 2021. However, as per the official website, the exam date is “proposed” but not yet, finalised. Hence, the date is liable to change by authorities in case it is required.
University authorities provided the editing window to candidates for making changes in their application form on June 09 and 10, 2021. Furthermore, candidates are permitted to pay the application fee by today. However, they are required to pay late fee charges of Rs. 500 along with the prescribed application fee. Unreserved candidates have to pay Rs.1000 whereas EBC, BC, Divyang, Women candidates must pay Rs. 750 as an application fee. However, SC, ST aspirants must pay Rs.500 as a registration fee.
Candidates who are yet to pay their Bihar B.Ed CET 2021 application fee can do so using Debit Card, Credit Card or Internet Banking by today. They must keep in mind that the application fee can only be paid through online modes and not through any offline payment sources. After closing the editing window, authorities shall be releasing the entrance exam admit cards from July 01, 2021.
Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can download their admit cards directly from the official website bihar-cetbed.lnmu.in. They are required to enter their login credentials such as Login ID and password on the website to access their hall tickets. Candidates are advised to download or take a printout of the admit card well-in advanced before the examination. This will prevent any last-minute chaos or problems.
The Bihar B.Ed CET 2021 examination shall be conducted for a duration of 2 hours. The exam shall be held in the OMR-based pen-and-paper format comprising of 120 multiple-choice questions. The questions shall cover topics from five sections, namely General English Comprehension, General Sanskrit Comprehension, General Hindi, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, General Awareness and Teaching-Learning Environment in Schools.
Each section shall comprise of different number of questions. However, each question shall be allotted one mark. General English Comprehension, General Sanskrit Comprehension, and General Hindi will contain 15 questions each. Similarly, Logical and Analytical Reasoning and Teaching-Learning Environment in Schools shall comprise of 25 questions. However, the General Awareness section shall cover 40 questions in total. The answer sheet or OMR sheet will be provided at the examination centre.
