Baba Farid University of Health Sciences(BFUHS) has released the CHO (Community Health Officer) Result 2021 on its official website. The candidates can access the direct link of the result PDF i.e. bfuhs.ac.in/Bridge_Online/ResultWeb.pdf. The written examination for all the candidates was conducted on July 11, 2021. The BFUHS has released a total of 320 vacancies for the post of Community Health Officer across different districts on June 12, 2021. The examination was earlier scheduled for July 04, 2021 however, later it was postponed to July 11, 2021. The selection process involved a written test for the eligible candidates followed by a counselling round.
The BFUHS has finally released the CHO Result on their official website against 320 vacancies. The candidates willing to check the result should visit the official website of the University. Then, they should find out the live link for the BFUHS CHO Result 2021 PDF. Thereafter the candidates must right-click on the Result PDF and open the same to check their result. The CHO Result 2021 is available in the form of a PDF file and comprises the Candidate’s Name, Roll Number, and marks obtained in the examination. The candidates can choose to save the result file on their computer for future reference.
As per the official notification, there is a predetermined minimum qualifying mark according to which the candidates irrespective of their categories have to score 35% marks in the examination. On failing to do this, candidates will be rejected and won’t be called for the counselling session by the University. Additionally, the candidates in the ratio of 1:5 i.e. Vacancies: Candidates will be called for the counselling session held. Upon successful completion of the counselling session, a merit list will be drawn that will have the name of the candidates who are finally selected as CHO in different Sub Centres/Health and Wellness Centres of the state.
The candidates who are finally selected will be absorbed in the department for a period of 1 year on a contractual basis. Additionally, the candidates will also be entitled to recieve a consolidated payment of Rs 20,000 plus an incentive of upto Rs 15,000 per month. The candidates who have passed the course of B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing of 2019-2020 batch from the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot are only eligible to apply and appear for this selection process.
