Bharat Electronics Limited has released the recruitment notifications for the post of Trainee Engineer for K-FON Project, Project Engineer and Trainee Engineer for Advanced Defence Systems – Navy(ADSN) SBU. The conducting body has announced 05 vacancies for Trainee Engineer for K-FON Project, 20 for Trainee Engineer for Advanced Defence Systems and 30 vacancies for Project Engineer – I. Aspirants are shortlisted on a contractual basis for all the posts. Those who get appointed a Project Engineer-I gets Rs. 35,000, Rs.40,000/- ,Rs. 45,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- for their 4 years contract. Similarly, Trainee Engineer for Advanced Defence Systems and K-FON Project receives Rs. 25,000/-, Rs. 28,000/- and Rs. 31,000/- during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year.
Candidates must have acquired BE/B. Tech course in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ E&T/ Telecommunication/EEE to apply for Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer. To apply for Trainee Engineer for K-FON Project, candidates must have 01-year post qualification experience, for Trainee Engineer for Advanced Defence Systems minimum 06 months experience, and for Project Engineer 02 years of post-qualification work, the experience is required.
The upper age limit is calculated for eligible candidates as on July 01, 2020. For Trainee Engineer-I, the upper age limit is 25 years and for Project Engineer, it is 28 year. However, relaxation to the upper age limit is given to SC/ST candidates up to 05 years, OBC candidates up to 03 years and PWD candidates up to 10 years. BEL conducts an online process for the application form submission. To apply for both the recruitment, candidates have to visit bel-india.in. They can get the active application link under careers > apply online link. Candidates have to enter all the information related to educational qualification, experience, and others correctly. Verify all the information before the submission of the application form. Candidates also have to upload 10th Standard marks card, B.E/ B.Tech. Degree certificate, Final Consolidated Marks Sheet, Caste certificate, Post qualification work experience certificate, No Objection Certificate.
Along with the application form, candidates also have to pay the requisite application fee. For Trainee Engineer-I, candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- and for Project Engineer-I post Rs. 500/- as the application fee. Candidates who belong to PWD, SC, ST category are exempted from the fee submission. They can pay the fee through SBI Collect only.
The selection of candidates is based on the educational qualification, relevant post-qualification experience and interview. Out of the total 100 marks for the selection procedure, 75% marks are allocated to aggregate marks secured in BE/B. Tech, 10% marks for post-qualification experience, and 15 marks for interview. The dates, timings and interview will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates through email.
