Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has issued AP PGECET 2019 Hall Ticket on sche.ap.gov.in. As per the notification released, the hall tickets were said to be issued today, i.e on April 25, 2019, 11 am onwards. But, it seems the authorities have released nearly an hour late.
Candidates who had applied before April 05, 2019 (without late fee) and before April 18, 2019 (with a late fee of Rs. 5000) can download their hall tickets by logging in with registration number, date of birth and exam paper for the entrance test. AP PGECET 2019 is scheduled to be held on May 02-04, 2019 in computer-based test mode.
To download the Admit card, a candidate can visit the official website, look for the “AP PGECET Hall ticket” download link, enter the login details and save a copy of the admit card, issued online. On the day of the exam, a candidate needs to carry a copy of this admit card, along with a valid, original photo ID proof. But, before saving a copy of the admit card, a candidate must check all the details printed on it.
These details are a candidate’s name, guardian’s name, date of birth, contact details, date of birth, contact details, date and time of examination, examination center, registration number, hall ticket number, photograph, signature, and gender, along with some exam instructions. In case of any errors, a candidate ought to contact the issuing authority of the admit card and get it rectified, at the earliest possible.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Candidates necessarily need to go through the general instructions printed on their admit cards. AP PGECET 2019 Admit card is said to be preserved even after, having appeared for the exam till the completion of admission formalities. The selection of candidates is solely made on the basis of the AP PGECET 2019 merit scores secured by a candidate.
Once the exam commences, no candidate is allowed to enter the examination hall. Also, all candidates must note that the affixed photograph must be identical to the one uploaded at the time of form filling. Otherwise, he/ she is not allowed to enter the examination hall.
As Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) 2019 is conducted in online mode, a candidate needs to familiarise themselves with the prescribed exam pattern by practicing an ample number of mock tests. Mock tests are made available over the official website.
This state-level examination is held for post-graduation admission in Engineering and Pharmacy (ME / M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy/ Graduate level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate) courses. Candidates are required to attempt 120 mark paper, without any negative marking scheme being applicable across 15 exam centers.
