As per the latest news, the Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education will declare the result of Intermediate 1st year and 2nd-year students tomorrow i.e. on April 12, 2019, at 11:00 am. The board released the notification for the same on April 09, 2019. The AP Inter Results 2019 will be announced for the general as well as for the vocational streams. This year, more than 10.6 lac candidates appeared for the exams of Inter first and second year.
First, the result will be available at the press conference in the Room no 209, Block 3, by the AP Secretariat, Amravati. After that, it will be disclosed on the website of Andhra Pradesh Board.
Apart from the official website, the board will also announce the AP Inter result on some other third party websites such as results.cgg.gov.in, indiaresults.com, educationandhra.com, manabadi.com, manabadi.co.in, and examresults.net.
The candidates will be able to see their results online at bieap.gov.in. The link of the general and vocational results will be different for Inter first and second year. However, the process will be the same. The candidates will be required to submit the hall ticket number.
Last year, the AP Board Inter Result was declared on April 13, 2018, for the first and the second year candidates. This year also, the board is announcing the result in the same week.
In the previous year, more than 10 lakh candidates enrolled in the exams. Out of which, around 509,909 students were from 1st year and 437,572 from 2nd year. In the first year students, 4,78,621 candidates from Regular or General Category and 31,288 from Vocational Category. Their pass percentage was 62% and 52% respectively. Last year, the highest pass percentage was of Chittoor district i.e. 58% and the least pass percentage was of 24% of Vizianagaram.
The name of the topper was Koonam Teja Vardhan Reddy who got the first rank. He was from the MPC stream. He obtained 992 marks out of 1000.
In 2017, the number of candidates who took part in the exams was 9,80,593. The pass percentage was 70.5%. So, last year, the pass percentage was higher than in 2017. This year, students can perform even better.
For SSC, the AP Board will announce the result in the fourth week of April 2019. The exams of class 10 were held from March 18 to April 02, 2019.
