JNTU Anantapur is all set to conduct the AP EAPCET 2022 exam from July 04 to 08, 2022, for Engineering aspirants. The test will be held in the OMR-based pen-and-paper format, at selected centres across the state of Andhra Pradesh. Admit cards for the test have already been issued through the online mode, on the official website apsche.ap.gov.in. Just 4 days prior to exam commencement, JNTU issued an important announcement regarding exam date change. Accordingly, requests for date change shall be entertained till tomorrow, July 01, 2022.
AP EAPCET 2022 Exam Clash
While downloading their AP EAPCET 2022 admit cards, some students noticed a clash of dates with other Engineering exams like BITSAT and VIT. The BITS Admission Test 2022 is scheduled from July 02 to 09, 2022, for session 1 and August 03 to 07, 2022, for session 2. Similarly, the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2022 is scheduled from June 30 to July 06, 2022.
Noticing a clear clash of exam dates, JNTU issued the following announcement on the official website –
Any session change requests due to clash with any other exam (BITSAT, VIT etc.) will be accepted till 01-07-2022 12 noon. Please send soft copy of other exam Hall ticket and AP EAPCET-2022 Hall ticket to helpdesk mail. However, mere requesting does not guarantee the change of dates of AP EAPCET-2022 examination for such students.
The facility to opt for AP EAPCET 2022 exam date change is only open till July 01, 2022. Beyond this deadline, the institute will not be accepting any such requests.
AP EAPCET 2022 How to Request for Date Change
As per the announcement, candidates wanting an AP EAPCET 2022 exam date change need to email the request to the following helpdesk ID –
Candidates need to send a request through their registered email ID used at the time of registration process. Furthermore, in this email, they are required to attach two documents – 1. AP EAPCET 2022 admit card copy and 2. Admit card copy of BITSAT, VIT, etc.
Sending a mail does not necessarily guarantee a change of dates for the AP EAPCET 2022 exam. It also depends on other factors like seat availability, dates allotted to other candidates, nearby centres, etc.
In case the AP EAPCET 2022 exam date is changed, the candidate may be notified via email on his registered ID. So, candidates who are making this request must keep track of their email ID for any intimation by JNTU.
