The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), UP has changed the exam date for courses like BTech, BArch, and BA LLB. The entrance exam date has been changed in light of the forthcoming Loksabha Elections. The exam for BTech and BArch which was scheduled to be conducted on April 28, 2019, has now been shifted to May 26, 2019. Furthermore, the entrance exam for BA LLB has been rescheduled from May 26, 2019, to May 27, 2019.
The application process for AMU Admission 2019 is over for all courses except for Pre-Tib and B.U.M.S courses. The last date to submit the AMU Application Form for Pre-Tib and B.U.M.S course is May 15, 2019. The candidates who have successfully registered for the entrance exam will now be issued the Admit Card.
As per the Information Brochure for AMU Admission 2019, the registered candidates will be issued the Admit Card 02 days before the scheduled exam date. The candidates will be able to download the AMU Admit Card 2019 online on amucontrollerexams.com. To download the Admit Card, the candidates need to log in by entering their Username or Password.
AMU does not send the hardcopy of the AMU Admit Card 2019 to the candidates individually by post/courier. After the candidates download the admit card for AMU entrance exam 2019, they will have to paste their recent passport size color photograph in the space provided on the downloaded Admit Card.
The entrance exam for BTech which was scheduled to the conducted on April 28, 2019, has been rescheduled and will now be conducted on May 26, 2019. It is an Online test which will begin from 10:00 AM onwards. The Computer-based test will be conducted at test centers like Aligarh, Lucknow, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Patna, Srinagar. The entrance exam will consist of MCQ type questions of 150 marks comprising 150 questions on Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
Admission in the BArch course is also through the Admission Test conducted by the Aligarh Muslim University. The entrance exam was to be conducted on April 28, 2019, has now been revised, and will now be conducted on May 26, 2019. It is a computer-based test which is of 03 hours duration. The test will be divided into two papers – Paper 1 will be common with the BTech applicants and Paper 2 is the Architecture Aptitude Test, it shall contain some descriptive questions and Test of Drawing. The entrance exam for the BArch course will be conducted in Aligarh only.
Another AMU entrance exam which has been rescheduled is for BA LLB. The entrance exam was scheduled to be held on May 26, 2019, and has now been rescheduled to May 27, 2019. The entrance exam will be conducted in Aligarh, Kolkata, Kozikhode.
