The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has released the exam date for AMU B.Ed 2019 Entrance Exam. The Exam will be held on 27 May 2019 which will be conducted in a single slot at 10:00 AM. Till now, AMU has released the Entrance Exam Date only, rest of the details such as availability of Application form, the release of admit card and declaration or result will be released on the University Website.
The AMU B.Ed 2019 Application form is expected to be released by March 2019. Candidates should ensure that they fill the Application Form till or before the last date. Applicants are also advised to look at the eligibility criteria before applying for the AMU B.Ed 2019. Candidates who want to apply should obtain at least 50% marks in B.A. / B.Sc. / B. Com. / B.Th. in aggregate or Master’s Degree in Science / Social Sciences / Humanities, Bachelors in Engineering & Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with minimum 55% marks.
The AMU B.Ed 2019 Entrance test will be a pen-paper test multiple choice based. The exam will comprise of 100 questions in which four options will be given in each question with one correct answer. AMU B.Ed 2019 will be divided into Four Sections Reasoning, General English, Teaching Aptitude and Current Educational Affairs which will contain 25 questions in each section. There shall be negative marking. As of now, there is no information about the negative marking in the AMU B.Ed entrance exam as soon as we get the notification information will be updated here.
There is as such no syllabus prescribed for the AMU B.Ed entrance test but candidates should prepare the general topics for each section so that candidates can score well in the examination. Applicants willing to appear for the exam can also check previous year test papers and sample papers to prepare accordingly.
After the successful submission of Application form, conducting body will issue admit cards to applicants on the scheduled dates. Candidates will have the option to choose the exam center according to their convenience. It will be compulsory for the candidates to carry the Admit Card on the day of examination. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without a valid admit card.
After the successful completion of the exams, conducting body will release the answer key and result after the few weeks of the exam on the University Website. It will be very significant for the candidates as they will be able to cross check their answers and calculate the estimated number of marks scored by them. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of marks secured by them in the admission test. Qualifying candidates will be notified and called for the further admission process as per the norms of conducting body. Candidates will be informed about the further admission process on the official website.
