All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur, Rajasthan is recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Research Scientist and Multi Task Worker. The official notification for the same with File No.: AIIMS/RES(05)/2018/328 was released on aiimsjodhpur.edu.in. Candidates who are shortlisted under this recruitment have to be a part of a research project titled “Regional Level Viral Research & Diagnostic Laboratory at AIIMS, Jodhpur”. The recruitment of the announced posts is on contractual basis. Candidates are shortlisted to be a part of a research project that is conducted Dr Vijaya Lakshmi Nag, Principal Investigator and Professor & Head, Department of Microbiology, AIIMS, Jodhpur. Those are appointed as Research Scientist-II (Medical) receives Rs. 75,000/- per month, Research Scientist-I (Medical) gets Rs. 65,000/- per month and Multi Task Worker gets Rs. 12,000/- as per month salary.
Candidates who have acquired MD/MS/DNB post-graduation degree with one year experience are eligible for the Research Scientist-II. Those who have post-graduate Diploma after MBBS with 02 year work experience or MBBS with 04 year work experience can also apply for the post. To apply for Research Scientist-I, candidates must possess MBBS degree with a minimum of 02 years experience in Research/Teaching in relevant subjects. 12th pass candidates can submit their applications against the announced vacancies for Multi Task Worker. Candidates must satisfy the age limit of 40 years for Research Scientist-II, 35 years for Research Scientist-I and 25 years for Multi Task Worker.

Selection is based on the suitability of candidates as per the eligibility criteria and work experience. Shortlisted candidates are invited for the interview round. The list of eligible candidates shortlisted for the interview is uploaded accordingly on the website. The schedule of the interview including the date, time, place of interview will be intimated later. Candidates can check the schedule on AIIMs, Jodhpur website and their email address. No travel allowance is provided to candidates including SC/ST. Those who are working in Govt. or Public Sector undertaking have to produce a “No Objection Certificate” during the interview.
