AEEE Admit Card Released for Pen-paper based test, Exam on 27 April 2019; Download Admit Card Here

AEEE 2019 Pen-paper based Test Admit Card released

Amrita University has released the admit card for AEEE 2019 pen and paper-based test. The admit card has been released online at its official website, amrita.edu. While for the CBT exam, a candidate can download their admit card after the slot booking. Candidates require their application number and date of birth to download their AEEE pen and paper admit card.

AEEE CBT is scheduled to be held from April 22-26, 2019 and for AEEE PPT, the exam is to be held on April 27, 2019. AEEE PPT 2019 will be held across 15 cities, namely Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore, Dindigul, Erode, Hosur, Karur, Madurai, Nagercoil, Namakkal, Pudukkottai, Salem, Thanjavur, Tuticorin, and Vellore. Whereas AEEE CBT 2019 is going to be held across 102 Indian cities.

To download the AEEE 2019 Admit Card for pen-paper based test, the candidates need to visit the official website of the University. On the homepage of the website, click on the BTech Admission 2019. In the next screen, the candidates need to log in by entering their Application Number and Date of Birth. Click on the the “Download” button to submit the details and then download it. Finally, take a print out of the AEEE Admit Card to bring it on the day of the exam.

It is advised to all the candidates to make sure of the newest version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Chrome browser to download the AEEE admit card. For PPT, a candidate is issued the admit card in online mode only but over the candidate’s login. So, a candidate is required to keep his/ her application number and date of birth handy, before proceeding to download the admit card. Once any one of these exam centers gets printed on the AEEE 2019 Admit Card, the University will not be accepting any requests regarding its change.

Before downloading the AEEE pen and paper test admit card, a candidate needs to go through all the details printed on it. Following details are printed over the admit card – candidate’s name, registration number, application number, programme opted for, candidate’s address, district, pin code, mobile number, gender, date of birth, password, category, exam date, complete address of the exam center, photograph and signature, along with some general instructions.

All the candidates are required to carry a copy of the AEEE 2019 Admit Card (be it of CBT/ PPT) on the day of the exam. No candidate is allowed to enter the exam center, without getting verified their identity with the help of the admit card issued. All the candidates, appearing for AEEE 2019 needs to report the exam center, at least 30 mins before the actual exam commencement time.

After having entered the exam center, a candidate needs to sign the attendance sheet. The signature should be identical to the one appearing on the admit card. Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material or any electronic gadgets like calculator, cell phone, etc., inside the examination hall. If found using/ carrying any such material, an applicant’s paper will be canceled. On the exam day, a candidate is only allowed to carry an HB pencil, sharpener, and eraser and black ink ballpoint pen to fill the OMR sheet.
