Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has started the slot booking for the registered candidates of AEEE 2019. Slot booking started on April 12, 2019, at 6:00 PM at amrita.edu. The candidates have to book their preferred exam date, time and center in the slot booking process being hosted at amrita.edu. The exam dates that are available for booking are April 22, 24, 25, 26, 2019.
The candidates will be able to select any one of these 3 slots for booking. Slot 1 that is 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM,Slot 2 form 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM and Slot 3: 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. The candidates can book the slots by logging in using their application number/email Id and Date of Birth.
After the candidates log in the first thing that needs to do is select the tests center to appear for the online test. Candidates have to select any one exam center out of the available list displayed on the screen. Thereafter the candidates need to select the preferred exam date out of the available slots that appear on the screen.
Note that the availability of the dates might change is real time as many other candidates books their slots. Once a date slot is booked completely it becomes unavailable from the list. Thereafter the candidates can move to the next step that is to book the exam time slot. Out of the above mentioned 3 slots the candidates can choose any one and appear for the exam accordingly.
After the selection of the dates are done the candidates need to confirm their bookings. Note that the booking until and unless confirmed are not accepted and after one confirms the booking the preference cannot be changed.
After the confirmation is done, the candidates get to see the booking details displayed on their screen. The candidates who book their slots also get their admit card. The admit card is to be carried at the exam center in a printed form. The candidates will not be receiving any admit card via post. It will be the responsibility of the candidates to get the admit card downloaded from the official website after they have done the slot booking.
To get the admit card of AEEE 2019 from the official website the candidates need to enter their login details i.e. their application number and password. Once the details have been submitted, the admit card appears on the screen. For the candidates who are appearing for the offline exam, the admit card will be available from April 16, 2019, from 12 noon onwards.
The candidates will have details related to the booked exam date, time and venue of the exam. In addition to that, it will also have the photograph and signature of the candidates that they have uploaded at the time of registration.
