The Department of Technical Education, Telangana has issued a notification regarding the counselling dates and slot booking for the qualified students of the TS POLYCET 2021 exam. Rank holders belonging to the Agriculture category who wish to seek admission into the Diploma in Agriculture, Seed Technology, Organic Agriculture and Agricultural Engineering courses can now visit pjtsau.edu.in to know further details. Similarly, the rank holders of the engineering category desiring to take admission in the IIIT Basara courses can visit admissions.rgukt.ac.in.
The first phase of the counselling schedule will start from August 05, 2021 and last till August 20, 2021. Candidates can fill in their basic information, pay the required processing fee and book their slots for selecting the help line centres from August 05, 2021 to August 09, 2021. The certificate verification process of the candidates who have booked their slots will begin from August 06, 2021 and end on August 10, 2021. Candidates can exercise their options after certificate verification from August 06, 2021 to August 12, 2021. The dates for freezing the options and the provisional allotment of seats are August 12, 2021 and August 14, 2021, respectively. Lastly, the fee payment and self-reporting via tspolycet.nic.in will be entertained from August 14, 2021 to August 20, 2021.
To pay the processing fee, candidates must visit tspolycet.nic.in and click on the link that reads ‘Payment of processing fee’. After that, candidates can complete their registration by entering the ICR Number mentioned on the hall ticket. Then, they have to mention the date of birth followed by the SSC hall ticket number. The screen will now display the basic details and the candidates have to enter their Aadhar number, phone number and email address. Details regarding the caste certificate and income certificate must also be filled (if applicable). After updating these details, the candidates can pay the processing fee. SC/ST category will have to pay Rs. 300/- while the others must pay Rs. 600/- as processing fee.
It is important to note that candidates will only be allowed to complete the certificate verification process after they have booked their slots and paid the processing fee. Based on the schedule of the slot booking, candidates will have to visit the Help Line Centre (HLC) for certificate verification. They have to produce both the original copies of TS POLYCET 2021 Rank card, Aadhar card, SSC or equivalent marks memo, IV to X study certificates, transfer certificate, income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), etc. at the time of verification.
