Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad has announced the result for TS EAMCET 2019 on June 09, 2019. Candidates can check their result online at manabadi.co.in. The University conducted TS EAMCET 2019 on May 03, 04, 06, 2019 for Engineering stream and on May 08, 09, 2019 for Agriculture stream. JNTU conducted the entrance exam on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
To check the TS EAMCET 2019 result, candidates need to visit the official website. On the homepage of the website, click on the link which says “Check Result”. Next, a login page will appear in which the candidates need to enter their EAMCET hall ticket number. Click on the “View Result” button to submit the details. On submitting the details, in the next screen, candidates can check their result and take a print out of it for future reference.
TS EAMCET 2019 result will contain the details such as the candidates’ name, category, marks secured, rank secured, and the qualifying status.
For qualifying TS EAMCET 2019, a candidate need to obtain 25% of the total maximum marks. The ranking is done by giving 75% weightage to EAMCET marks and 25% to the boards result. A week after the result is announced, JNTU Hyderabad prepares and publishes the merit list for TS EAMCET 2019. It contains details such as rank obtained, EAMCET marks, mobile number, address, photo of the candidate, etc.
Candidates whose name is included in the TS EAMCET 2019 Merit List are then eligible to participate in the counselling. The process for counselling comprises of Registration, Document verification, Option Filling, Final allotment of seats, Fee payment and Reporting to the colleges, Participating in subsequent rounds if required, and Seat withdrawal.
Last year, for TS EAMCET 2018, the pass percentage for the Engineering exam was 78.24% and that for the agricultural and medical department was 90.72%. Furthermore, out of the 2.17 lakh candidates who registered for the exam, 2.03 lakh students appeared for the exam.
For the academic year 2018, Hyderabad’s Ayyapu Venkata Phani Vamsinath topped TS EAMCET in engineering with 95.72%. He was followed by Gattu Mytraya and Gosula Vinayaka Srivardhan at the second and third position respectively. On the other hand, Perigela Namratha from Kurnool was the TS EAMCET 2018 topper in the Agriculture and Pharmacy field. The second and third place were secured by Y Sanjeeva Kumar Reddy and Samala Sriaryan respectively.
TS EAMCET is a state level examination which is conducted for admission of candidates in B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Ag. Engg.) / B.Tech. (Diary Technology) / B.Tech. (FT) / B.Tech. (BioTechnology) / B.Pharm. (MPC) / Pharm-D (MPC). The exam is conducted in online mode and consist of MCQ type questions. Candidates who qualify TS EAMCET are called for counselling round. Candidates are allotted the seats in counselling on the basis of score and rank secured in the exam.
