Railway Recruitment Board, Ajmer has issued yet another corrigendum to E-Tender No. RRB-All-Tender-CEN-03-2019 regarding the engagement of Exam Conducting Agency (ECA). The official corrigendum notice is published through the website rrbbbs.gov.in and can be checked by visiting the website. A number of updates and modifications in the actual tender notice has been indicated through the corrigendum. Incidentally, this is the 11th Corrigendum notice that the RRB Ajmer has issued against the aforementioned tender notice.

As per the 11th corrigendum to E-Tender No. RRB-All-Tender-CEN-03-2019, the RRB Ajmer has updated the approximate cost of work at IREPS i.e. Indian Railway E-Procurement System (IREPS). The cost of the work has been estimated at a worth of Rs 3.22 Crore. In addition, the responses on pre-bid queries from prospective bidders have also been uploaded in terms of para 1.7 of Tender Document at IREPS. The RRB has also uploaded a revised and updated Tender Document in supersession of the original Tender Document dated March 02, 2020, at IREPS. Concerned individual such as bidders, aspirants and other stakeholders can log on to the website ireps.gov.in to check the aforementioned updates.

RRB Ajmer published E-Tender No. RRB-All-Tender-CEN-03-2019 to engage Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) to conduct the Computer Based Tests (CBTs) and other associated activities including the processing of results and panels. The examination is for the selection and recruitment of eligible personnel to fill up vacancies in various Ministerial and Isolated categories in the Indian Railways. The vacancies were originally notified through the Centralised Employment Notification i.e. CEN 03/2019.

In the initial stages, while releasing the Centralized Employment Notification, the Board advertised vacancies in 106 openings in 2019. It conducted the online application process against CEN 03/2019 recruitment notice which was concluded on April 16, 2019. As per the detailed advertisement, the vacancies are to be filled up shortlisting of eligible applicants through Computer Based Tests (CBTs) in the initial stage and subsequently through skill/trade test of the qualifiers depending upon the post applied for. Final selection of qualifiers is to be done through document verification and medical examination.

The Corrigendum 11th released against E-Tender No. RRB-All-Tender-CEN-03-2019 indicates that initiatives to conduct the CBTs at the earliest are being implemented. During the earlier stages of the E-Tendering process, the RRB Ajmer conducted pre-bid meetings with prospective bidders for the work. Subsequently, through earlier corrigendum, the RRB also conducted the tender submission process and opened the process of submission of technical bids. Interested individuals are advised to log on to the IREPS website for the latest developments regarding E-Tender No. RRB-All-Tender-CEN-03-2019.
