Railway Protection Force (RPF) has released the RPF Application Status 2018 and RPF Roll Number 2018 for SI and Constable. The application status has been released online at constable1.rpfonlinereg.org and si1.rpfonlinereg.org, through a login. To access the application status, and check if the form has been accepted or not, the candidates need to choose the Group and then enter the registration number and date of birth.
Earlier, it was announced that RPF roll number will be available on November 16 but has been released it a day earlier i.e. on November 15, 2018. The RPF roll number 2018 has been sent at the candidate’s registered email id. So, all the candidates who had applied for the post of RPF SI and Constable can successfully check their roll numbers. Other than that, it is also mentioned in the application status.
There are a total of 8619 vacancies for Constables while for SI there are 1120 vacancies available. The stage 1 CBT for RPF Constable and SI will start from December 19, 2018, onwards. Now, the RPF will release the Admit Card to the candidates who have got their roll numbers. The RPF Admit Card 2018 is scheduled to be released on December 09, 2018 onwards.
The admit card will be issued online only on the official website. No admit card will be sent to the candidate’s email id. In order to download the admit card, the candidates will have to submit the registration id and password. The password must be the same as submitted at the time of the registration.
If the candidate forgets the RPF 2018 registered email id then he/ she can recover it also. On the log in page, candidates can click on the “Forgot Email” link. Now, the notification will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter the first and the last name and then a unique code will be generated. After submitting it, the email id will be recovered.
If the candidate forgets the password then he/ she should click on the “Forgot Password” link. After clicking, the notification will be sent to the registered email id and then submit the previous password. A code will be sent to the registered mobile number. Submit it and the password will be recovered.
The CBT for the RPF Recruitment for Constable and SI will be held simultaneously. It will be conducted into 15 languages. The questions will come from the 10th standard. There will be three sections in the question paper, General Awareness (50 questions), Arithmetic (35 questions), and General Intelligence and Reasoning (35 questions). There will be a total of 120 questions which need to be done within 90 minutes.
There will be no CBT for Constable (Band) and Sub-Inspector (Band).
After the CBT, the qualified candidates will go through Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Trade Test, and Document Verification. These are the rest of the stages. Only shortlisted candidates will be sent for the further processes.
