In a rare turn of events, Indian Railways is allowing candidates to submit compliant against RRC Group D application status 2019. Candidates who consider that their application form, which they filled against CEN 01/2019, is incorrectly rejected, then they can now submit complaint via login. Complaints can be lodged via login link for the same on the official websites of RRB Ahmedabad, Chennai, Allahabad Guwahati, Bhopal, Mumbai, Bilaspur, Ranchi, Secunderabad, Ajmer, Gorakhpur, Bangalore, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Patna, and Chandigarh.
The login starts working at 12 hrs on August 17, and will close on August 23, at exactly 11:59 hrs. To access it, candidates need to visit the official website of respective Railway Recruitment Board and look for “RRC CEN 01/2019 – Use this link to lodge complaints regarding rejection of an application” link. The link directly leads to the complaint portal. Candidates need to enter registration number and date of birth to access it and from the dashboard, and then they can submit their complaint. Final status will be updated on or by August 31.
Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) announced RRC Group D application status on July 25, 2019. Soon after releasing the status, the Railway Board and Cell started to receive multiple complaints against incorrectly rejected applications. Considering the increasing number of complaints, Indian Railways decided to examine the issue and only then release the final application status. However, to ensure that all candidates get an equal opportunity, it is now accepting complaints against application status of RRC Group D.
Candidates can use this opportunity to get their application status cross checked. Against the positive application status, RRC will issue admit card. The admit card for railway recruitment is released 4 days before the exam date. For Group D, exam date has not been released yet. RRC Group D CBT 2019 exam date is expected to be announced in September.
As per RRC CEN 01/2019, the CBT was to be conducted between June – September 2019. However, there has been a delay. Now, it is expected that the exam will be held either between September – October or October – November. The candidates will get to know their exam date before the release of the admit card. It will be announced online and along with it, exam city and travel authority will also be released.
RRC Group D Recruitment 2019 is open for 1,03,769 vacancies of track maintenance, assistant works, pointsman, etc. The recruitment will be done on the basis of CBT, PET, and Document Verification. RRC Group D CBT will be a 90 minute examination, in which candidates will have to solve 100 MCQs. These will be asked from general science, maths, general intelligence and reasoning, and current affair. Negative marking of 1/3 marks shall be done in the exam.
