National Test Agency (NTA) is expected to release JEE Main 2019 Admit Card by evening. There is no official notice for the JEE Main 2019 Admit Card release time. However, it is expected that the Agency will release it around 6:00 pm. Such is being expected because even for the January exam, NTA released the admit card at 5:53 pm. Hence, the candidates are expecting the same to happen.
The admit card of JEE Main 2019 will be released online, on jeemain.nic.in. On the website, candidates will have to look for the link of ‘JEE Main 2019 Admit Card’. On clicking it, the candidates will get the options to download the admit card either through application number and password or application number and date of birth. The candidates can choose any of the options and then fill the details in the provided space. Once, the details have been entered correctly the candidates will be able to download admit card of JEE Main 2019 from the dashboard.
What to Carry with JEE Main 2019 Admit Card
JEE Main 2019 will be held on April 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12, 2019. It is very important that the candidates carry the admit card on the exam day. Along with the admit card of JEE, the candidates will also have to carry one valid photo id card and a passport size photograph. The photo must be the same as that upload in the application form and the valid photo id card can be a passport, aadhaar card, voter id card, etc.
PwD and Diabetic Candidates Also Carry These
Other than the admit card and the documents above, the PwD candidates will also have to carry their PwD certificate. It should have been issued by an authorized body. NTA is also allowing diabetic candidates to carry food. They can carry fruits like banana, apple, grapes. Packed food is not allowed inside the exam hall.
About JEE Main 2019
JEE Main is the national level engineering entrance exam. From 2019 onwards JEE Main was conducted by National Test Agency (NTA). Till 2018 Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) holds the responsibility for conducting the JEE Main across India. This entrance examination is applicable for attaining the admission in NITs, IITs and CFITs. From 2019 onwards NTA also come up with a new change in the test process and introduced the JEE Main to be conducted twice a year. One in the month of January and the other in the month of April. JEE Main January 2019 conducted on 9, 10, 11 and 12 respective dates and now NTA is all set for April 2019 session.
