Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has successfully conducted computer based tests for recruitment of stipendiary trainees, scienticiat assistant, technicians for the NPCIL Kakrapar Gujarat site. Exams were held from November 7 to 11, 2019. Now, candidates await the answer key.
NPCIL Kakrapar answer key is expected soon. It will be issued at npcilcareers.co.in. At the time of publishing this news, the official website does not have any official notification regarding issuance of question papers and answer keys. However a youtube video, published by a candidate claims that there is an active link for answer keys and objections.
It may be noted that last year also a recruitment test was organized for NPCIL Kakrapar. After which, the corporation had released answer keys in online mode the very next day. For this reason, and due to general curiosity surrounding an exam, candidates had been eagerly searching for NPCIL Kakrapar answer key since yesterday.
Today, at around 11 am, some social media reports emerged that there is a link which has a logo of NPCIL. Besides the logo is the text “Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, Kakrapar Gujarat Site, Recruitment of Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistant – Category-I, Scientific Assistant/B & Stipendiary Trainee/Technician – Category-II”.
Below that is the text “Candidate Response View & Objection Module – Login”. And below that it says “Objection module will open shortly”.
However there is no confirmation from the candidate or candidates who have shared the link about where they got it from. Others have commented to the posts that the link seems to be fake.
In either case, the answer keys are not available as of now. However are expected soon enough.
It may be noted that this being a computer based test, a conventional answer key in the form of table containing question number and correct answers will not be released. Instead, it is expected that the complete question paper in pdf form will be provided with correct answers decided by NPCIL marked in it.
If candidate responses are also released, then candidates will be able to see what answers they had marked and check them against the answer key. Doing so, predicted marks can be calculated.
The paper consisted of 120 multiple choice questions divided equally in three sections A, B, C. Each question, if answered correctly, shall fetch 40 marks. There is no negative marking.
On the basis of result of this exam, candidates equal to five times the number of vacancies will be called for interview. Emails and sms will be sent to shortlisted candidates. For the written exam also, candidates had received email and sms about admit cards.
NPCIL Kakrapar recruitment 2019 for Advertisement No. KAKRAPAR GUJARAT SITE/HRM/02/2018 is to fill 162 vacancies. This involves 51 vacancies of Stipendiary Trainees / Scientific Assistant (ST/SA)(Category-I) – Diploma Holders in Engineering, 6 for Stipendiary Trainees / Scientific Assistant (ST/SA)(Category-I) – Science Graduates, 7 for Scientific Assistant / B – Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering , 51 for Stipendiary Trainees / Technician (ST/TM)(Category II) – Plant Operator, and 47 for Stipendiary Trainees / Technician (ST/TM)(Category II) – Maintainer.
