National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Delhi has released the admit card for the Design Aptitude Test at the official website nift.ac.in. The admission entrance examination is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2021 at the national level. Registered candidates can download the NIFT 2021 admit card by logging in to the official website. One must enter the Application Number, Date of Birth & Email ID in order to log in and download the hall ticket. It is mandatory to produce the NIFT admit card at the designated exam centre to get entry into the exam hall.
How to download NIFT 2021 Admit Card?
The NIFT admit card releases separately for the Creative Ability Test & General Ability Test. The difference between the two tests is that CAT is held for candidates who apply for admission to Design programs such as B.Des & M.Des. On the other hand, the GAT is held for all candidates.
In order to download the NIFT 2021 admit card, candidates need the login credentials generated at the time of online application. Candidates are advised to have their Application Number, Date of Birth and registered Email ID ready before downloading the admit card.
On the official website of the NIFT i.e. nift.ac.in, candidates can click on the link to download the admit card. Upon clicking the link, candidates are automatically redirected to the candidate login page. At this page, candidates have to enter their application number, date of birth and registered email ID. After entering the details correctly in designated fields, candidates must click on “Submit” to open the admit card.
Important Instructions for NIFT 2021
Once the NIFT 2021 admit card displays on the screen, candidates are advised to conduct a general verification of the information presented on the admit card. In such a case, candidates must immediately contact the Institute for necessary corrections. After ensuring that the information on the admit card is correct, candidates must save a copy of the NIFT 2021 admit card and generate print out the same.
It must be noted that the printed copy of the admit card must be produced at the designated exam centre as and when demanded by the authorities. Without a valid admit card, candidates are not allowed to enter the exam hall to take the test. In addition, candidates must also carry a valid photo identification to the exam centre for verification of identity.
Candidates must check the admit card for details about the NIFT 2021 exam date, time & allocated exam centre. Candidates must report to the centre well in time or as indicated in the admit card.
NIFT 2021 admit card also consist of important guidelines related to the exam and code of conduct at the exam centre. Candidates are advised to go through these and abide with instructions carefully at all times during the conduct of the exam. Use of unfair means, bringing banned items (mobile phones, electronic gadgets etc.) may get the candidate disqualified.
