NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registration

NTA is going to activate the NEET 2021 phase 2 registration link soon on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates may note that phase 2 application form is only an extension of the initially filled form, it does not mean there will be a second phase exam.

This year, NTA had decided to have NEET registration in two phases in order to facilitate faster submission of candidate’s data. The phase 1 registration ended with the last date of application form filling. While phase 2 is going to commence before the result of the entrance test is released.

Candidates must not confuse the phase 2 registration with a new application form. The NEET 2021 exam is over, and until now, there is no inkling of re-exam or phase 2 exam, despite reports of paper leak / cheating scam.

What is NEET 2021 phase 2 registration?

As per the NEET 2021 brochure, the candidates were asked to fill a limited number of things during initial registration and application form filling. Now they have to fill in remaining details like minority status, mode of preparation, religion in phase 2 registration. Along with this, they need to mention the details of class 10th and 11th i.e. year of passing, pass status, qualifying exam, school board, CGPA, roll number, marks obtained, school name and address.

Other details i.e. place of birth, parent’s occupation, parent’s annual income, category certificate. physical disability certificate, 10th certificate and citizen certificate.
