Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (HSIIDC) is inviting applications from Civil Engineers for the post of Managers. An official notification in this regard has recently been released on hsiidc.org.in. The recruitment for Managers is announced to fill up the 14 vacant posts. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their form on or before the last date to submit application form i.e September 07, 2020 by 05:00 PM.
The recruitment for Manager post is completely on a contractual basis. Eligible aspirants are appointed for a period of one year under the Infrastructure Development Department. They are engaged in various works related to the Industrial Model Townships/Industrial Estates in the State of Haryana. Monthly remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- is provided to the newly appointed Managers.
Candidates must ensure that they are within the age range of 18 years to 42 years while applying. To apply for the Manager (IA) post, candidates must have B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering along with the 02 years post qualification experience in the relevant field. In addition, they must have studied Hindi/ Sanskrit up to 10th class. Candidates intending to apply for Manager (P&E) must have qualified MBA or equivalent exam with a minimum of 02 years if post qualification experience in concerned fields Those who are applying for Managers (IA) must have cleared GATE 2020. Whereas, for Manager (P&A), candidates must have qualified GMAT or CAT 2019.
The application form can be downloaded from HSIIDC website, hsiidc.org.in. HSIIDC Managers recruitment application form should be carefully filled with each correct details. In this, they have to provide details such as personal information, pay drawn, category, contact details, date of birth, academic information and their GATE/ GMAT/ CAT score. The work experience should be clearly mentioned in the form along with the joining time required. Along with HSIIDC form, candidates have to submit certain documents in support of candidate’s eligibility. They have to submit proof of date of birth, documents in support of educational qualification, experience, last pay drawn, GATE/GMAT/CAT score, Aadhar Card /PAN card copy, and any other documents.
Based on the GATE/ GMAT/ CAT scores a merit list is prepared. This list curated by HSIIDC to shortlisted candidates for the announced posts. Candidates must have qualified GATE 2020 in Civil Engineering discipline only for selection under Manager (IA). In the case of Manager (P&A), preference is given to those candidates who have appeared to GMAT 2019. There will be a separate merit list for CAT 2019 scorers. The merit list will be uploaded on the website accordingly. After the final selection, candidates will be posted anywhere across Haryana.
