Things have been running slow in the JEE Main 2022 world as the National Testing Agency (NTA) is yet to release the official notice announcing the exam dates. With just a few days away from February 2022, students are ardently waiting for this announcement. Moreover, they are spending this wait by incessantly searching for exam pattern and syllabus for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022. But there is an important development for students who live or wish to study in Gujarat. The Gujarat Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced the GUJCET 2022 examination for Class 12 Science stream students.
GUJCET 2022 Press Release
The state education board recently released a press release announcing the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2022 examination. The press release has been published on the official website gugsebservice.com for a candidate’s reference. As per the official document, the application form for the state-level entrance exam will be released on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 12:30 pm.
The press release only specifies key information about the GUJCET 2022 application form. However, there is no exact date given for exam conduction. Given the current unstable circumstances due to COVID-19, the board night have chosen to not disclose this information. However, candidates can expect an announcement regarding the exam date, once the situation stabilizes.
GUJCET 2022 Application Form
As per the GSEB press release, the GUJCET 2022 application process will take place from January 25 to February 05, 2022. So, candidates have around 10-11 days to fill and submit the form. Moreover, the entire application process will take place through the online mode. So, there is no need for candidates to either mail or personally submit the form in the GSEB office.
The GUJCET 2022 application process will take place on two official websites – 1. gseb.org and 2. gujcet.gseb.org. So, a candidate must make sure to access the form only on these portals. They are advised to not trust or rely on any third-party website for the official form.
GUJCET 2022 Overview
Every year, GSEB decided on conducting its own dedicated entrance exam for HSC Science stream students. This test is conducted with the intention of admitting qualified and eligible students to courses like B.Pharm, B.Tech., B.Arch., etc. By qualifying this exam, candidates can pursue their choice of course from reputed institutes within the state.
Although B.tech aspirants in Gujarat have some clarity, those across the country are wondering about the JEE Main 2022 examination. There are two looming doubts – 1. Whether or not the exam will be held 4 times or not and 2. When will NA release the application form? Both these doubts are expected to clear in the coming weeks.
