Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB) has released the call letters for three of its upcoming recruitment exams, Technical Assistant, Laboratory Technician, Mines Supervisor.
GSSSB call letter for Technical Assistant against advt no. GSSSB/201819/149, Laboratory Technician Class III against advt no. GSSSB/201819/146, Mines Supervisor Class III against advt no. GSSSB/201819/148, are all available for download at ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
Candidates should check their exam dates from the admit cards. As per reports, the exam date for technical assistant is December 1, 2019. A day before that, the exam for Laboratory Technician will be held on November 30, 2019. Whereas a day after the test for technical assistant, exam for Mines Supervisor is scheduled on December 2, 2019.

On the said page, candidates need to first select the job in the first dropdown, confirmation number in second, and enter date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format in the third.
A technical requirement associated with GSSSB call letter download is that popup blocker of the system should be turned off before clicking the okay button, as call letter opens in a new window.
To print the admit card, candidates need to use an A4 size sheet, and set printer settings in portrait mode in the printer. The admit card will be printed in 2 sheets.
First page of the admit card will contain instructions for the attendant, and the second page will have instructions for candidates.
The recruitment exams are being held to fill 16 vacancies of laboratory technician, 18 vacancies of technical assistant, and 50 vacancies of mines supervisor.
Recently GSSSB has also announced the exam date for Office Superintendent against advt no. 142 and 143 / 201718. Exam date for said post is December 29, 2019. It is expected that call letter for this exam, will be issued in the last week of December.
Know Your Confirmation Number
Candidates need to enter their confirmation number to download admit card of GSSSB recruitment. However at times, they forget the detail when required. For this reason, the facility to get confirmation number has also been provided by GSSSB, on the same call letter download page.
The direct link to get confirmation number is ojas.gujarat.gov.in/KnowConfirmationNo.aspx?opt=wgtAwyTJIQM=. Here, one has to enter either advertisement number and application number, or mobile number and date of birth.
Clicking the get confirmation number then makes the confirmation number appear on screen.
In the event that candidate has submitted more than one form against the same advertisement number, then confirmation number last generated is shown.
