Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) has announced GITAM GAT 2019 Result. The result for GITAM GAT 2019 has been announced on April 26, 2019, at around 5:25 PM. The result is available for check online at gat.gitam.edu. GITAM GAT 2019 Result is announced for April 10-22, 2019.
To check the result, a candidate need to visit the official website, On the homepage of the website, the candidates need to click on the link for “Result” tab. Next, the candidates have to log in by entering their Hall Ticket number and Date of Birth. Click on the “Submit” button and then in the next screen, candidates can check their result. After the candidates have checked their result, they can download and take its print out for future reference.
The result for GITAM GAT 2019 consist of details like candidate’s name, date of birth, category, marks obtained in the test, marks obtained in each subject, etc. Candidates should note that the selection for admission in BTech, B.Arch, B.Pharm, M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Pharm courses is done on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam.
In case if there are two or more candidates who have obtained equal marks in the test, their merit is decided by considering the scores in the order of Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry. If the tie still persists, then finally the age of the candidate is considered. Candidate older in age is given higher preference in the merit.
The University prepares the merit list for GITAM GAT 2019 on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam. GITAM GAT 2019 Merit List is released online at the University’s official website. Those whose name is included in the GITAM GAT Merit List is then eligible to participate in GITAM GAT Counselling.
Candidates with eligible rank in GAT 2019 can participate in the GITAM GAT 2019 Counselling. The University issues the call letter for GITAM GAT counseling to the qualified candidates online at its website. The candidates need to report at the allotted venue as per the schedule on the call letter.

At the time of the counselling, a candidate need to carry a print out of the GAT 2019 Counseling Call Letter, 10th class or Equivalent pass certificate, 10+2 / Intermediate marks statement and Pass Certificate, Transfer and Conduct Certificates, Medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon (in case of PH Candidates), Integrated Community Certificate (in case of SC/ST).
