Delhi Development Authority, DDA hereby invites application in offline mode for recruitment to DDA in the Unauthorized Colonies Cell, on deputation basis. Eligible officers can send the application form against a total of 286 vacancies. The last date of accepting the application form by DDA is January 31, 2020.
Of the total vacancies, DDA is recruiting for 1 vacancy for the post of director (ministerial), 30 for deputy director ministerial, 35 for assistant director ministerial, 130 for assistant section officer and 90 for the civil junior engineer.
Moreover, recruitment is open for those candidates who are working as an officer in any state or central government, autonomous bodies, Public Sector Undertakings or is holding analogous posts in the parent cadre. As specified in the recruitment notice, candidates will be hired for the announced posts on a temporary basis.
Candidates wishing to apply can download the proforma of biodata available on the official website which is dda.org.in. For downloading the form, click on the “jobs” tab in blue. Soon after the click, all the related links page gets open. From therein select “jobs 2019-20” and under that access, the link stating “FILLING UP VARIOUS POSTS IN DDA ON DEPUTATION BASIS FOR THE UNAUTHORISED COLONIES CELL”. As per the DDA policy candidates must apply through Cadre Controlling Authority (CCA), by downloading the form, fill in the details and sending it to the prescribed address.
Applicants must also attach the relevant documents along with the form, like the educational certificates, experience certificates, date of birth proof and other essential certificates for verification. Apart from this as specified, one also has to send the APARs of last 5 years certified by group A officer. Along with it a latest vigilance clearance report stating the pending and settled disciplinary or criminal cases and penalties imposed if any should also be furnished.
All the details mentioned in the biodata or form, once checked by the cadre controlling authority is forwarded further stating that details furnished by the candidates are correct and authorized. DDA according to the recruitment policy, process the received applications in every 15 days. On the basis of it offers appointments and job position to the suitable candidates. Thus, applicants should apply at their earliest without waiting for the last date.
The period of deputation for the selected candidates initially will be of 1 year, which is further extendable according to the work requirement. As per the notice, the contract can at any time be terminated at the discretion of the Delhi Development Authority.
DDA appoints the selected candidates on different pay levels according to the position applied. Candidates for the director post is hired under level 12, deputy director under level 11, assistant director under level 8, assistant section officer under level 7 and junior engineer under level 6.
