The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has released the official notification for recruiting Fireman Constable. Interested male candidates can now check the official notification from cisfrectt.in. A total of 1149 vacancies will be filled across 36 places in the country. The pay level for the selected candidates will be between Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100. Please note that the last date for submitting applications is March 04, 2022.
Eligibility Criteria
The applying candidate must have passed their class 12 or equivalent standard examination from a recognized Board or University on or before the last date of receiving applications. Applicants should be between 18 to 23 years of age as of March 04, 2022. In other words, the candidate should not have been born earlier than March 05, 1999 and not after March 04, 2004.
However, there will be category-wise age relaxation up to 10 years. In terms of physical standards, interested candidates should have a height of 170 cm and a chest size of 80 to 85 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm.
Application
All application forms for CISF Fireman Constable 2022 recruitment have to be submitted via the online mode through cisfrectt.in. Prior to starting the registration process, one should keep the scanned copy of a recent coloured passport-sized photograph ready. The image dimensions are 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm while the file size should be between 20 KB to 50 KB in JPEG format.
Additionally, candidates have to keep scanned copies of their signature and relevant documents such as matriculation certificate, senior secondary examination certificate, etc. They are advised to provide a valid mobile number and email ID while filling out the application form. The online application form fee is Rs 100 but candidates from SC, ST and Ex-Serviceman categories are exempted from paying the fee.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will first have to qualify for PET and PST and then they will be shortlisted for the OMR or computer-based written test. The written examination will consist of 100 objective-type questions for 100 marks. The questions will be divided equally among 04 sections with each section having 25 questions. These parts or sections are General Knowledge and Logic, General Knowledge and Awareness, Elementary Mathematics and English or Hindi.
The examination dates for CISF Fireman Constable 2022 recruitment will be intimated via the official website itself. Questions for the written exam will be set as per class 12 standard. Those candidates who will qualify for the written examination have to appear for the Detailed Medical Examination.
