The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has declared CA CPT June 2019 Result on July 18, 2019, at around 11:45 PM. The candidates can check their result online from the official website, icai.org, icaiexam.icai.org, caresults.icai.org. Other than the official website, candidates can also check their result at their registered email id and mobile number.
Earlier, it was notified on the official website that the CA CPT June 2019 result will be declared today at around 6 PM, however, it has been released much before the scheduled time.
Candidates who submitted their request to get the CA CPT Result 2019 at their registered email id will get their result on their email id as soon as it is released. The facility for submitting the request to get the CPT result on the email id started from July 15, 2019.
In order to get the CPT June 2019 Result on their mobile number, candidates need to type a message CACPT(space)XXXXXX (where X is the six-digit roll number for CA CPT June 2019). For example- CACPT 001711 and then send the text to 58888 – for all mobile services – India Times.
To check the CPT Result 2019 online from the official website, candidates need to visit any of the three websites: icai.org, icaiexam.icai.org, caresults.icai.org. On the homepage of the website, click on the link for checking the CPT Result. Next, log in by entering their roll number/ pin number and registration number. Submit the login details and in the next screen, the CPT result will appear.
Candidates who secure a minimum of 70% marks are declared “Pass with Distinction” and such remark is also indicated in the Result Card. As far as the section cut off is concerned, candidates need to obtain 18 marks out of 60, i.e. 30% in Fundamentals of Accounting, 12 marks out of 40, i.e. 30% in Mercantile Laws, 15 marks out of 50, i.e. 30% in General Economics, and Quantitative Aptitude. The overall cut off is 100 marks out of 200, i.e. 50%.
The result card for CA CPT June 2019 consist of details like roll number of the candidate, name of the candidate, subject name, marks obtained, result status.
ICAI issues the CA CPT Result Card to all the candidates who appeared for the exam. It is generally sent to the candidate 02 weeks after the declaration of result. ICAI does not issue any pass certificate to the candidates. Candidates who pass with distinction will be indicated in the Result Card.
Candidates who qualify the CPT exam will be eligible to register for Intermediate (IPC) / Intermediate Course.
