Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL), Jhansi is looking for eligible candidates for the posts of Trade Apprentices. As official notification with Advt No. 02/2020 is published recently on the official website in this regard, jhs.bhel.com. The conducting body is inviting the applications for the 120 vacant posts of Trade Apprentice in various disciplines. The last date to submit the online applications for BHL, Jhansi is January 16, 2021.
The posts that are advertised under this recruitment are Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electronic (Mechanic), Electrician, Welder (Gas and Electric), Draftsman (Mechanic), Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), Plumber and Carpenter. The shortlisted candidates have to undergo an apprenticeship training of 01 year.
Before submitting the online applications for BHEL Jhansi recruitment, candidates must have required educational qualification. Candidates must have passed 12th class and possess ITI in relevant trade while applying. They must have obtained ITI between 2018 to the 2020 year. They must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in ITI (55% marks for SC/ ST).

Once done, click on establishment search and selection BHEL Jhansi (Registration Number – E11150900012). Then, aspirants can apply for the Trade they are eligible for.
Also, candidates have to send the hard copy of acknowledgement slip, important documents to the conducting body. Aspirants have to send their applications through speed post/ post to Dy. Manager (HR), Recruitment Section, Human Resources Department, Administrative Building, BHEL Jhansi (Uttar pradesh) – 284120. Along with the form submit the 12th class mark sheet, passing certificate, ITI marksheet, registration certificate, aadhar card, caste certificate and others. It should read the prescribed address before the last date which is January 23, 2021.
The selection to the advertised vacancies is completely based on the merit list. This list is prepared based on the educational qualification acquired by the respective candidates. Out of total marks, 50% marks are allotted to the 12th class marks. The remaining 50% marks are allotted to the ITI that a candidate has. The dependents of current employees of BHEL Jhansi are awarded 10% additional marks. The final merit list is prepared based on the 12th marks, ITI marks and Current Employees dependant additional scores.
