Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has already commenced the OCES/DGFS 2022 registration process through the online mode. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the two programmes on the official website barconlineexam.in. They have time up to February 11, 2022, to fill-up the form and pay the application fee. By qualifying the online test scheduled for a later date, candidates can seek admission for two courses – Orientation Course for Engineering Graduates and Science Postgraduates (OCES) and DAE Graduate Fellowship Scheme for Engineering Graduates and Physics Postgraduates (DGFS).
How to Apply
A tentative schedule for all important events pertaining to BARC OCES / DGFS 2022 has been uploaded on the official website. To apply for the online exam, candidates can use the following steps –
Step 1: Visit the official website of BARC OCES / DGFS 2022 i.e., barconlineexam.in
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on either of the two disciplines i.e., Engineering and Science.
Step 3: By doing so, a new page will open providing details about the BARC OCES / DGFS 2022 exam. Click on the “APPLY NOW” option present at the top-right corner of the webpage.
Step 4: A list of instructions will be displayed on the screen. Provide the declaration of reading the information brochure to activate the registration link. By clicking on the “Proceed to Registration” option, the registration form will open on the screen.
Step 5: Enter primary details such as name, date of birth, parents’ name, category, email address, contact number, etc. Submit these details to receive the OTP on both email and phone number.
Step 6: Enter the OTP to receive login credentials. With these credentials, log in to the website to access the application form.
Step 7: Fill the application form with personal details, academic information, and screening information.
Step 8: Pay the category-based application fee and verify the details before finally submitting the application form.

As mentioned before, a tentative BARC OCES / DGFS 2022 schedule has been uploaded on the official portal. Looking at this tentative schedule, it is clear that the online test is scheduled from April 07 to 13, 2022. Slot booking for the same will take place a month prior, from March 04 to 18, 2022. The slot-booking process will also take place on the official portal.
An important point to note is that the BARC OCES / DGFS 2022 schedule is tentative and subject to changes depending on the prevailing conditions.
