Assam Science and Technology University, Guwahati (ASTU) has started the application forms for Joint Lateral Entrance Examinations (JLEE 2021) and Joint MCA Entrance Examinations (JMEE 2021) on its official website astu.ac.in on September 03, 2021. The applicants who are interested to apply for JMEE 2021 and JLEE 2021 can fill and submit their application forms in an online mode before September 17, 2021.
To apply for JMEE 2021 and JLEE 2021 exams, candidates can follow below given steps:
Step-1: First of all, candidates have to visit the website astu.ac.in
Step-2: After visiting the aforementioned website, applicants have to click on the “JLEE/JMEE-2021 Online application Submission”, highlighted in green on the page
Step-3: After doing so a page will open, here candidates have to click on the “New Registration” link present on the homepage.
Step-4: After clicking on this link, the new page will open where applicants have to first read all the given instructions and then they have to click on the “Next” tab.
Step-5: After that, on the next page ccandidates have to select the program to which they are applying.
Step-6: After selecting the program they can further fill the application form by entering information such as personal details, contact details, category details, educational details, etc.
Step-7: At the end, applicants have to upload their photographs and signatures. After uploading this, they have to create their password and click on the “Submit” button.
Step 8: After this, candidates can log in to their accounts with their username and password to complete the further application process.
JLEE 2021 exam will be conducted for admission to the 3rd semester of B.Tech courses whereas JMEE 2021 will be held for the admission to the 1st semester of MCA courses for the academic year 2021-22. As per the notice, JLEE 2021 and JMEE 2021 exams will be held on September 26, 2021, from 11:00 am to 02:00 pm.
The admit card will be issued to the candidates who will submit their application forms of JLEE 2021 or JMEE 2021 successfully. JMEE 2021 and JLEE 2021 admit cards will be released seven days before the exam i.e. somewhere around September 19 or 20, 2021 on the official website astu.ac.in. After the admit card gets released, candidates can download it till the exam date i.e. up to September 26, 2021.
After the JLEE 2021 and JMEE 2021 exam gets over, the organising body will release the results within 10 days. Considering this, the results are expected to out somewhere in the 1st week of October 2021. In the official notification, ASTU has stated that the schedule released for the JMEE 2021 and JLEE 2021 exam can be modified concerning the COVID 19 situation. So, candidates are advised to keep visiting the official website astu.ac.in for the latest updates.
