The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) was to be conducted on May 01, 2022 this year. However, the the National Law University (NLU) Delhi has revised the AILET exam date and it is now to be held on June 26, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The exam is to be conducted in offline mode as a pen and paper test. Earlier, the admit card release date was fixed on April 21. It can now be expected that the admit card will be released around 10 days prior to the exam.
AILET 2022 New Exam Date, Application Form Last Date
With the revised exam date and extension of application date, candidates can now apply at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in, till May 25, 2022. The application fee for the AILET exam Rs.3050. The SC/ ST/ PwD candidates have to pay only Rs.1050 to apply. The AILET exam is conducted every year to admit eligible candidates into B.A.LL.B, LL.M and Ph.D courses. Candidates are advised to regularly check the nationallawuniversitydelhi.in for any updates.

CLAT exam date revised
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2022 was earlier scheduled to be conducted on May 08. Now, the dates have been revised, and according to the official website of CLAT the exam will be conducted on June 19. Along with the revised exam dates, the last date to apply has also been extended now till May 09. Candidates can visit the consortiumofnlus.ac.in and apply for the CLAT exam.
AILET exam pattern
The AILET exam is usually conducted for 1.5 hours in English medium. The questions are of objective type, with each question carrying 1 mark and a negative marking of 0.25 marks. Questions are asked from english language, general knowledge and current affairs, logical reasoning and legal knowledge. The B.A.LL.B exam consists of 150 MCQs, whereas the LL.M exam consists of 100 MCQs and 2 descriptive questions of 25 marks each.
