Candidates who have registered for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2019 can apply for XLRI program(s) until November 30, 2018. This facility is available to students who have already submitted their application form. Thus, candidates who missed applying for the XLRI courses or who want to apply for more programmes can avail this opportunity. The process to select the course(s) will be done through offline mode via Demand Draft.

Choose Additional Programmes for XLRI

Since candidates already have submitted the application form, they can send the programme fee via Demand Draft. Write a letter mentioning the XLRI programmes and attach a DD with it having details like XAT Id, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth. The demand draft must be in favor of “XLRI, Jamshedpur: Payable at Jamshedpur” and must not be dated later than December 07, 2018. Send the letter and DD on or before December 10, 2018, to the Univerity Address ie “XLRI, C. H. Area (East), Jamshedpur – 831001, Jharkhand, India”.

In order to clear the confusion, a candidates need to pay two application fees. First is the exam fee which is necessary to take XAT 2019, the scores for which are accepted by XLRI and other 150+ B-schools. Second is the programme fee which needs to be paid by candidates who are particularly interested in XLRI courses.

There are four programmes which are offered by XLRI naming Business Management (BM), Human Resource Management (HRM), General Management Programme (GMP requires minimum 56 months work experience), and Fellow Programme in Management (FPM).

The Exam fee is Rs 1700/- and Rs 300/- for each course of XLRI. Candidates who have registered for XAT but not paid the fee before the last date can submit it until December 07, 2018. The late registration fee is Rs 2000/- and Rs 500/- per course.

Candidates who have not paid the application fee need not submit the programme fee via Demand Draft. Thus, select the programmes according to the preference and pay the fee online. In case applicants have missed selecting any course, then follow the procedure mentioned in official notification.

With the choosing of XLRI Additional Programmes, candidates can also request a change in test city. Registered students who entered the wrong exam city or wish to update the preference can send a mail at [email protected] stating their updated preferences. Therein also write XAT Id, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Chosen City, and the New Preferred city.

XAT 2019 will conduct in 46 cities all over India. There are no international cities added this year. The exam will take place on January 06, 2019, for admission to management courses in top B-schools of India. Here are the names of cities for XAT 2019.
