West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has recently started with its online application process for WBJEE JEHOM 2019 on its official website, wbjeeb.in. Candidates who have passed 10+2 level examination with at least 45% of marks in average from any recognised Board can needs to only apply in online mode. Also, a candidate should not be less than 17 years as on December 31, 2019 and should be an Indian citizen in order to be eligible for admission. The last date to fill the JEHOM 2019 online application is till April 16, 2019.
In order to apply, a candidate needs to complete all the 5 JEHOM application steps, namely online registration, form filling, uploading documents, making payment of the application fee and downloading confirmation. A candidate will not be able to proceed to the next step, without completing the current one. Before form filling, a candidate is advised to go through the Information bulletin to know the prescribed guidelines and other specifications.
Any application, not complying with the laid norms is liable to be rejected by the authorities. Also, a candidate needs to make sure that they provide a valid email ID and mobile number, along with other details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender and date of birth, etc. As the personal, educational and contact related details will be verified with its corresponding proofs, a candidate is advised to even fill the details, as printed on their respective proofs.
Over the Step 3 of JEHOM Application process, a candidate needs to make payment of the application fee, necessarily. The WBJEEB JEHOM application fee is Rs. 500, for all category candidates. And candidates can choose to make the payment of this amount via using either Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card. Additional bank charges or service charges might be levied as well. The authorities have clearly advised candidates not to make for the very last date to make the payment, so as to avoid any sort of payment failure by Bank or EPG.
Furthermore, WBJEEB opens an online correction window to give all its applicants one time, final opportunity to edit/ rectify the mistakes committed, at the time of form filling. This JEHOM Application form correction window goes online on April 17, 2019 and the changes could be made till April 19, 2019. By taking into consideration the following corrections made and the details filled, WBJEEB issues all the eligible candidates JEHOM 2019 admit cards for the exam.
