WBJEE 2020 Registration Begins; Know How To Fill Application Form @ wbjeeb.nic.in

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has released the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2020 application form in online mode at wbjeeb.nic.in. Higher secondary passed, or studying students can apply online until the last date, November 13, 2019. The application fees are Rs 700 for general candidates, and Rs 500 for SC, ST, OBC A, OBC B. WBJEE shall be the state level entrance exam for undergraduate programs in engineering, pharmacy, and architecture. 

How to fill WBJEE 2020 application form?

WBJEE 2020 registration is now open at wbjeeb.nic.in. Interested candidates need to visit the website, click the button “registration for WBJEE-2020” and proceed to fill up the form. The steps to apply are simple; starts with doing basic registration, then filling details asked in the form, then uploading photograph and signature, and finally paying application fee.

During registration, one has to enter name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, identification type and number. Then they also have to enter contact details, choose a password.

Then in filling up of application form, one has to enter personal details like domicile, category, pwd status, home district. Family income, status, religion, nationality. If applied JEE Main also, then they have to enter JEE Main 2020 application number. Then they have to choose any three zones of exam. 

Next comes uploading scanned images. Photograph should be of high quality with light background, of dimension 4 cm by 3 cm, and storage size 3 kb to 100 kb. Signature ought to be 4 cm by 1.5 cm, and size between 3 kb to 30 kb. 

Last step is to pay fee. The amount can be paid via net banking, debit card, credit card.

After that, applicants should download confirmation page. Submission of application form of WBJEE 2020 is not complete until confirmation page is generated.

WBJEEB will also issue duplicate confirmation page until 60 days after the declaration of results, on a payment of Rs 500 by bank draft. 

Name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, date of birth cannot be edited in the form. Other than that, candidates can make corrections in other details during form correction window, which will be available from November 14, 2019, to November 16, 2019.

WBJEB will issue WBJEE 2020 admit card at wbjeeb.nic.in on January 27, 2020. To download it, candidates who will have applied by the last date, will be able to login with application number and password. 

WBJEE 2020 will be conducted on February 2, 2020. The exam date, information bulletin, online application form all have been released today only. WBJEEB is conducting the exam three months early this time. There is no residential or domicile criteria to appear in WBJEE 2020. However, state domicile is required for admission to government aided engineering or technology or pharmacy colleges and Jadavpur University. Domicile is also a requirement to avail reservation.
