WB Police result 2019 is out. The final result for constable recruitment 2018-2019 has been published today at wbpolice.gov.in. This result shows whether one is provisionally selected or not, marks will be displayed from October 4, 2019.
To check WB Police result 2019, first of all, go to wbpolice.gov.in. If the page takes too long to load, please refresh and wait. Then click on recruitment tab in the menu, and when a drop down opens, click on recruitment again.
On the next page, click ‘get details’ link in front of the subject ‘Recruitment to the Post of Constables in West Bengal Police – 2018’. Now on the next page you will see a notice, and an announcement. Click the get details button in front of announcement.
This takes you to the result checking page. Select district from first drop down, application sl number option from the next. Then enter your application number, date of birth, and click submit button. Those who are provisionally shortlisted can see provisionally selected status in the WB police constable result 2019.
As per the notice, the list of provisionally selected candidates is also available on the notice board of the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board, Araksha Bhawan (ground floor), Block – DJ, Sector – II, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700091. The result announced today, has been published after interview round worth 15 marks was conducted from August 26, 2019.
Marks of all the candidates who were selected for the interview process will be available on wbpolice.gov.in from next Friday. The last date to view it will be fifteen days from when it will be made available. Candidates can check their marks by going to wbprb.applythrunet.co.in and entering application number, date of birth.
At the time of WB Police SI / LSI recruitment, cut offs were published along with the marks. Therefore it is expected that cut off for WB Police constable recruitment will also be revealed when marks are published.
Provisionally selected candidates will now undergo verification of character antecedents, and medical examination. For the former, candidates will have to fill up a verification roll which will be verified from top to bottom by the authorities.
As far as medical examination is concerned, it will be checked that candidates are in good mental and physical health. There should be no such deformity that would hamper with good work performance. Post joining also, candidates will undergo medical tests recommended by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal. Only authorized medical officers can issue certificate for medical fitness.
WB Police constable recruitment is for 5702 vacancies.
