The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) is ready to declare the Higher Secondary (HS) results for Science, Arts and Commerce streams today. The Board will first declare the results in a press conference first. Students can start checking their results online on various websites from 4 PM onwards.

In order to ensure that the students are easily able to check their results, the board has declared that the results will be declared on not just one but on 9 websites. The websites are as follows:

To download the results from the official website, students must visit wbresults.nic.in and then click on the link that highlights WBCHSE Higher Secondary (Uchcha Madhyamik) Examination 2021. Now, this will direct the students to a new page where they will have to enter their Registration number. Upon entering the details, click on the ‘Submit’ button to see the results.
Similarly, for most of the other websites, the process of viewing the results is no different. Importantly, students must be ready with their Registration numbers to avail their results. The website exametc.com also provides an additional feature for the students to pre-register themselves on the website. For pre-registering, students must use their roll number and mobile number. Once the result is out, students will get an SMS carrying their marks from the website. The result sheet will include the candidate’s name, marks and other details. They can download and take a printout of it for future reference.

In case any student wants to check their WB HS results 2021 via SMS, then that facility is also available. All they have to do is type ‘WB12space<Roll number>’ and send it to either 56070 and get their results. Note that the online results are provided to the students just to check their scores. The original marksheet and other relevant documents will be provided to them by their respective schools. The school authorities will have to collect the results of their respective students from the distribution camp assigned to them on July 23, 2021 from 11 AM onwards.
The WB HS examination 2021 had to be cancelled this year due to Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, a 40:60 evaluation formula has been decided by the Board to prepare the results. 40% weightage is given to Class 10 or Madhyamik marks while 60% weightage is based on the Class 11 final marks and the various internal assessments held during Class 12.
