UPTET Registration, Fee Payment Begins At updeled.gov.in; Know All Steps To Apply Here

Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2019 registration window is open for 20 days for applying, 21 days for fee payment, 22 days for submitting application form and print it.

Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) registration has started. Interested teaching aspirants can apply online at updeled.gov.in. The complete process of entering details in the application form, fee payment, is online and is only of six steps.

First step is to go to the website updeled.gov.in. Here, either directly click UPTET 2019 registration link, or click on UP TET, then UP TET registration, then the candidate registration button. Go through all the instructions that appear on screen and proceed. In order to register, enter name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, category, special category, gender, email id, mobile number.

Then the second step is to verify registration details. To do that, candidate needs to check the registration number which he or she receives on mobile, and OTP on email id. By entering these two details, UPBEB does their verification.

In third step, candidates need to update their password. Keep a suitable password and keep it safe. And pay fee. The application fee for UPTET 2019 is Rs 600 for general and OBC, Rs 400 for SC and ST, Rs 100 for PWD. However this is fee for only one paper. To apply for two papers, general and OBC have to pay Rs 1200, SC and ST have to pay Rs 800, and PWD need to pay Rs 200. UPTET fee payment is through credit card and debit card.

Proceeding to fourth step, candidates have to now complete their correspondence address.

Then in step number five, upload documents including photograph and signature. It is advisable to keep scanned photograph and signature handy before applying. Both should be in JPG format. Photograph should be between 10 to 50 kb, and signature should be between 5 to 20 kb. A separate document is also available at updeled.gov.in regarding guidelines to scan photograph and signature, which candidates can go through before scanning their images.

Candidates will be able to edit details in UPTET 2019 registration before uploading images only.

The last step is step six. Candidates need to go through all the details in form, submit it online, and download it. They can also print it for future reference.

At the official website updeled.gov.in, there are different links for candidate registration, verify registration, fill education and exam details, update password and pay registration fee, fill correspondence address details, upload photograph and signature, print final application form. Thus if a candidate has saved and exited the form at anytime, he or she can use these links directly to complete the registration.

The last date to register for UPTET 2019 is November 20, 2019. Last date to submit registration fees is November 21, 2019. And the last date to submit completed registration and print the application form is November 22, 2019. The exam conducting body shall issue admit cards in December 12, 2019. State level teacher eligibility test, UPTET, shall be conducted on December 22, 2019. On the same date, paper 1 shall be held from 10 am to 12.30 pm, and paper 2 will be conducted from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
