Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released notification for Mandi Parishad Recruitment 2018. The commission has published notification titled Rajya Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad (Samyukt Samvarg) Pratiyogitatmak Pariksha 2018 and with it, it has released user instructions and apply online link at upsssc.gov.in. Candidates can apply online from December 05 to 26, 2018. There are overall 284 vacancies. Application fee is Rs 225 for General and OBC candidates, Rs 105 for SC and ST candidates, and Rs 25 for PwD.

There will be a competitive examination comprising of 200 questions of 400 marks to be attempted in 2 hours. Candidates may note that there will be negative marking also in the paper. For every incorrect answer, 1 mark shall be deducted.
Syllabus of UPSSSC Mandi Parishad Exam 2018 consists of 4 parts. Part 1 is General Intelligence Test. Part 2 is General Knowledge. Then Part 3 is General Science and Mathematics. After that Part 4 is General Hindi. Each part shall have 50 questions of 100 marks. Therefore the maximum marks that can be scored in the exam is 400. The cut off date for calculating age is July 01, 2018. Therefore candidates who have attained 21 years of age on July 01, 2018, and is also not older than 40 years old as on this date is only eligible. In other words, an eligible candidate is born between July 02, 1978 and July 01, 1997. There is relaxation in upper age limit for SC, ST, OBC and other such categories where government allows age relaxation.
