UPSEE 2019 Result to be Declared on 3 June at upsee.nic.in, Confirms AKTU

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) will announce Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) 2019 Result on June 03, 2019. The UPSEE Result 2019 date has been confirmed on the official website, upsee.nic.in. Candidates will be able to check it at 5:00 pm.

Earlier this was circulating on the social media that UPSEE 2019 result will be out on May 31, 2019. However, there was no official proof supporting it and now AKTU has removed all the doubts by releasing the official notice.

UPSEE Result 2019 will be available for check online at upsee.nic.in. To check the result, the candidates need to visit the official and on the homepage, click on the relevant button for checking the result. Next, the candidates have to log in by entering their roll number and date of birth. Submit the login details, and in the next screen, the result will be displayed.

AKTU had already started the counselling process for PG courses for which National level test scores were accepted. The button for the counselling process of PG courses was available till yesterday, however, it is not available now.

Note that in order to be declared as qualified, candidates need to obtain minimum marks or cut off marks as set by AKTU. To qualify UPSEE 2019, candidates need to obtain 25%, whereas, for SC/ST category, it is 20%. All those who obtain marks equal to or greater than the cut off are declared qualified in the test and are included in the merit list.

Those whose name is included in the merit list which is prepared after the declaration of the result are then eligible to participate in UPSEE 2019 counselling. The schedule for counselling will be released online after the merit list is prepared.

Last year, over 1,56,452 candidates appeared for the test, out of which, 1.43 lakhs of candidates qualified it. Topper for UPSEE 2018 was Aditya Singh from Noida, he scored 572 marks in the entrance test. Deepankur Kansal from Meerut secured second position by obtaining 552 marks and the third rank holder was Akash Vardhan from Lucknow who scored 554 marks in UPSEE.

UPSEE is a state level entrance test conducted by AKTU or as it is formerly known by UPTU. Candidates who have qualified 10+2 or graduation and wish to apply for further study in the colleges or institutes that come under AKTU apply for this state-level test. The exam has been conducted in offline mode for 08 Papers on April 21, 2019.
