Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the notification for the general special recruitment for various posts. Applications are invited in online mode for 89 vacancies till December 19, 2019.
The recruitment is open in different departments for various posts. For the engineer and personnel officer in printing and stationery department, there is 1 vacancy each. 52 for the principal post in vyawsayik Shiksha dept. 6 for an assistant architect in the town and country planning department. 1 for research officer in the UP horticulture and food dept. 27 for the veterinary medical officer in animal husbandry dept. and 1 for the assistant agricultural marketing officer.
Candidates willing to apply for any of the posts above must check that the lower age limit prescribed by UPPSC is 21 and that of upper age limit is 40 years for all posts.
Minimum education qualification needed for UPPSC recruitment varies for each post. Candidates either need a bachelor’s or master’s degree with certain years of experience. One can check the details from Advt. No.3/2019-20, available on uppsc.up.nic.in.
Candidates who fulfil all the criteria can apply from the official website. For the same purpose, one has to visit uppsc.up.nic.in and click on the “apply online” link on the main page itself. Soon after clicking the link a new page opens with the advertisement and apply now button. Select the advertisement 3/2019-20 and click on apply now button. A list of posts opens. Select the post one need to apply for and do the registration alongside.
In the same one has to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature in .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tif, .png format. The size of the images should be less than 50 KB.
On the filing of on-line application form for various post of UPPSC a requisite amount of Rs. 105 is charged by the unreserved and OBC candidates. Rs. 65 is charged by the SC, ST and ex-servicemen and the same is Rs. 25 for the handicapped. The fee has to be submitted latest by December 12, 2019. The UPPSC fee has to be paid online using State bank MOPS through net banking, credit or debit card.
As per the notification is the fee is not submitted on or before the prescribed date then the online application form of the candidate will not get accepted in any case by the commission.
For selecting the candidates the selection procedure adopted by the commission is the conductance of a face to face interview. However, the commission mentioned that if the number of candidates will be much in number than they may also schedule a written test for screening. This will going to be an objective test having four alternatives with a penalty of 0.33 for a wrong answer. The communication for the conductance of the written test will be done in due course of time.
The selected candidates will be hired on a set pay scale which is Rs.56100 to Rs. 177500 for engineer post, research officer under level 10 pay matrix. The same for personnel officer, assistant architect-planner, assistant agricultural marketing officer, veterinary medical officer and principal under level 10 pay matrix is Rs. 15600 to Rs. 39100. Also, for some posts, However the candidates may also have to serve the probation period specifically for the post of an engineer, principal and personnel officer of 2 years.
