The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Uttarakhand will be conducting the admission tests for various courses. Interested candidates can submit their applications via the official website upes.ac.in within the deadlines. The admissions will be based on the entrances tests for courses in engineering, design, law, pharmacy, and many more. Before starting with the application process, it is advised to go through the eligibility criteria for the respective courses.

How to apply?
All applications have to be submitted via the official website upes.ac.in. For each course, UPES has provided the last date within which the candidate has to submit the application forms. The entire application process is divided into four steps over which the applicant has to enter their personal details, make payment, provide academic history and lastly, complete the application process. In the first step, the applicant has to enter their personal details, date of birth, gender, address, college information, course, etc. After completing the first step, candidates have to make payment and then enter details about their academic history. The application process has to be completed at the last stage.

Eligibility Criteria
UPES has laid down certain eligibility for applying to each course. These criteria can be checked from the official website – upes.ac.in.
UPESEAT – Candidates will be shortlisted for B.Tech programs based on their board marks and JEE scores. There must be a minimum of 50% marks in classes 10 and 12 and a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (class 12).
UPESDAT – The examination is one of the two ways to seek admission to design courses. Alternatively, candidates will be selected for personal interviews based on their board merit, NIFT, NID, and UCEED ranking.
ULSAT – Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in classes 10 and 12. They are selected based on board marks, CLAT or LSAT scores.
UPESPAT – Applicants must have a minimum of 50% marks in classes 10 and 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics, and English as major subjects.
UPESMET – For BBA, the candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks in classes 10 and 12. However, admissions for MBA will be based on the entrance test followed by an interview.
